An honor and a pleasure to be working with some of the most warm hearted individuals in Illinois to create and preserve affordable housing in Illinois. Take a peak at our newest video, a look behind the curtain diving into the Culture at the Illinois Housing Development Authority.
IHDA was created by the state legislature in 1967 as a self-supporting agency to finance affordable housing across Illinois. IHDA does not use taxpayer dollars to sustain its operations, although it does administer publicly funded programs on behalf of the state. Since 1967, IHDA has financed 250,000 units, and has pumped $18 billion dollars into the Illinois economy. At IHDA, we believe success starts with our people—no matter the position, your work with IHDA means that you’ll be helping to change lives, build stronger communities and a better Illinois. We want to help demonstrate how the employees of IHDA help fulfill our mission on a daily basis, to finance the creation and preservation of affordable housing in Illinois.
Thank you so much for taking the time to watch my videos. Any artist will tell you that when they create they are creating for a greater good. That greater good is and always will be you. Any art needs an audience. My work is no different. Without any kind of support group or people to appreciate my videos my work goes unfulfilled and unsatisfied.
